There isn't much that can stand up to the mighty Bear Cat 9" chippers. Based on a solid four-inch "C" channel frame, these machines make branches and trees up to 9" in diameter disappear in a hurry, leaving a manageable pile of chips.
Four reversible chipping blades make quick work of the toughest hardwoods, turning them into chips.
A digital programmable feed sensor and hourmeter are factory installed and standard equipment on the 9" Bear Cat Chipper.
The 30" diameter, 1.25" thick dynamically-balanced chipper disc weighs 275 pounds produces tremendous chipping power. A triple banded belt drive generates positive power, and a hydrostatic feed control provides the operator with infinite feed settings for all types and sizes of debris. Service and maintenance is made easy by a hinged disc cover.
With 18 gallons in the fuel tank, you'll create piles of chips between refills. A full set of gauges enable the operator to monitor primary functions at all times. These chippers are electric start(battery not included).
