Two pedal hydrostatic transmission incorporating automatic four wheel drive gives efficient mowing with minimum turf damage. Side PTO is also available to power such equipment as grass collectors. Brakes are oil immersed disc giving excellent stopping power coupled with reliability.

All service points are located on one side of the engine to speed servicing and a large tilting bonnet gives excellent access. The radiator is mounted at the front of the engine and behind the seat to aid cooling when using rear discharge decks. 

Two range hydrostatic(high and low) gives greater control and develops more torque for hill climbing and mowing. The tractor is fitted with automatic 4WD so when the front wheels slip it engages the rear axle, 4WD can also be locked in permanently. The front axle has a lockable differential if required. The PTO is operated by a wet multi plate clutch drive which means that high inertia machines can be gradually started with minimum of drive line stress.

33hp 3 cylinder Perkins diesel engine that meets all current emission controls for EU and US. All service points are arranged on one side to make servicing faster and therefor cheaper. The radiator employs a pre-clean screen to aid with efficient cooling. Side panels are quickly removed for quick access to the engine.
 
Three range hydrostatic transmission means the compact tractor has a speed and torque for every application. Forward speed and direction are controlled by a single rocking action pedal which is very easy to use. Selectable four wheel drive is standard as is rear differential lock. Brakes are oil immersed disc for long life with a hand parking brake. Mid and rear PTO’s are standard with progressive foot clutch engagement. 
Steering  Full power steering that is light and quick to use. 
Hydraulics  3 point linkage cat. 1 as standard with lift capacity of 1170kgs. Single double acting spool valve and front hydraulic tap in point are standard. Top link sensing draft control is standard on the S333.
