All prices shown on this site are in GB Pounds Sterling.
Postage and Packaging
Orders over £100 ship FREE to the MAINLAND United Kingdom. For smaller orders the delivery cost will be shown in your shopping basket.
Overseas sales will be subject to extra postage charges. For information and/or quotes for International shipping, please email us at info@abbeygarden.com. We regret that no orders will be despatched Overseas unless we have arranged shipping costs beforehand.
Delivery
Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. In the unlikely event that your order will take longer than this, we will try to contact you to notify you of the expected delivery date, and you will have the option to cancel if you wish. Large or expensive goods will need to be signed for. In the event that no one is available to sign, goods will be returned to our carrier’s depot and you will be contacted to arrange a convenient time to re-deliver, at no extra cost.
Returns
If you are not delighted with your purchase you have the right to cancel within seven days of your purchase, or seven days from the receipt of the goods (whichever is longer). If you cancel your order you will have your payment returned, provided you return your goods to us at the address shown on the contact us page. Before returning any goods please phone our office for a returns number.
