Conforms to EN345 S2 Class 1
A new boot, modelled on the well-proven Haix Tibet Forest, this boot has several subtle refinements to make it even more suitable for arborists use. More flexibility to the toe area and a lower profile lacing system are some of the features. The boot also has the same sole unit as the Trekker Pro for improved grip. The rubber/PU sole is moulded to the upper with additional moulding to the toe.
Outer Material: Waterproof, hydrophobic, breathable, oil tanned leather, 2.5 - 2.7mm thick. One piece seamless upper giving good stability and extended wear life.
Footbed: The footbed is anatomically formed and is removable. It is washable and dries very quickly. It has very good moisture absorption.
Membrane: GORE-TEX Waterproof membrane is breathable and resistant to some chemicals.
Climate System: HAIX Climate control system with Micro Dry lining, transports heat and moisture up through the lining and tongue, providing excellent comfort.
Tongue: The tongue is anatomically formed and softly padded.
Scuff Cap: The boot has a stitched and glued rubber scuff cap to prevent damage to the leather at the toe of the boot and this new desigin has raised bumps for extra grip
Toe Cap: Specially anatomically formed wide fit toe-cap conforming to EN344 200 joule.
Branch Walking Spike: This new feature on the xtremes gives you the option of a removable metal branch spike on the instep of the boot as to give you utra grip like no other boot
